Who we are

Abilene Hydrovac is an independent marketing / lead-referral website. We are not a contractor or licensed excavator, we do not own hydrovac trucks or equipment, and we do not employ dig crews. Work is quoted and performed by independently owned and operated hydrovac contractors, who are solely responsible for their work, pricing, licensing, insurance, and Texas 811 compliance.

What we collect

Information you submit in the quote form or by phone/email: name, company, phone, email, job city, date, and site details. Calls to our tracking number may be logged for lead attribution.

How we use and share it

We use your details to respond to your request and share them with up to 3 independent local contractors who cover your area so they can contact you and prepare an estimate. We may be compensated by those contractors for referrals. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.

Calls & text messages

If you check the consent box, you agree that we and matched contractors may contact you by phone, SMS/text (which may use automated technology), and email about your quote request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or email [email protected] to opt out or request deletion.

Terms

Price ranges on this site are general market orientation, not offers. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor you choose. Verify the contractor's licensing and insurance before you book, and always call Texas 811 before digging. This site is provided as-is without warranty.
